In physics, fluorescence is what happens when a material absorbs invisible energy and re-emits it as visible light, at a different wavelength, in a form that can now be seen.

Who are we? A creative, technical and media team.

Twenty years building creative and production teams, automation and intelligence systems.

A trained graphic designer, production expert and client leader who has spent over a decade building content and marketing systems. Over the last few years these have sharpened into a dedicated creative intelligence practice.

The intelligence experience was built at a precision marketing agency, working on a large German automotive account. Here I designed and built the Dynamic Creative Optimisation and Content Production infrastructure used to run thousands of ad variants across dozens of markets, and to know which ones actually worked. A different scale of operation to most agencies, with budgets and tooling out of reach for most mid-market brands.

I built Fluorescence to close that gap. To provide the same level of creative insight, rigour, testing and production expertise, for brands spending £150k or more on paid, not £50m.

I work directly with every client and have a strong freelance team to support me.

Based in Milton Keynes, working with brands across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and London.
